Salary Negotiations
Salary and offer details will be discussed during the final round of interview. Candidates must provide proof of current or previous salary, with a photo of pay stub.
Please refer to Compensation Levels for detailed salary levels.

  • By default, we will increase your current (or previous if you are currently between jobs) salary depending on technical assessment.
  • Pay is monthly based on a 168 hour full-time work month, time logged.
  • Proof of previous pay stub will be required during the onboarding process.

  • For candidates using time-boxed based pay, in which we will increase current or previous salary.
  • Candidates that choose this method can revert back to a time-logged salary at any time.
